If you look on the HHonors website, they've a list of EXCHANGE HHONORS POINTS FOR MILES - if you have no other uses you could look at turning them into one of those programs

I'd probably lean towards topping it up though, just a bit, and redeeming for a low-point hotel stay, or perhaps a cash+points stay
