I have a reservation made with points that I would like to convert to a paid reservation. It appears that the hotel is currently sold out (can't make a cash based reservation as of this post). Any recommendations on how to best do this? Should I call and ask to cancel current reservation and then book the newly opened inventory or just show up and try to do this at check-in.
