Well after calling AA it appears that althought there system will let me price the itinerary they won't let me ticket it. So keep trying right.

It does seem that it is the same equipment that turns around, based on the last poster, but that leaves on a 35 min turn around on a plane that has been in use for the last 6 hours, highly unlikely to me, but I will look for a better buffer.
