I am thinking of using 15,000 Avios + $100 tax/surcharges for 2 people roundtrip HND – CTS (Chitose – Hokkaido), is this a good deal in your opinion? I got the Amex 40% transfer bonus to Avios already. Just wondering if this is better than buying revenue ticket on cheap airlines like Vanilla Air.
