With AA, the ticket number will be e-mailed to you in the "E-Ticket Confirmation" and is accessible in the Reservation Details at the "Print Itinerary & Receipt" link.
For the PNR, just ask an AAgent and go to
CX Manage Booking.

The ticket number that I received in my AA email does not seem to pull up anything on the CX website. Does CX and AA issue different ticket numbers? Perhaps I'm just entering it incorrectly.
