Yep, they're all equally bad at this.....and usually at the root of most of these types of stories is LGA/NYC airports.

All of my worst delays and ground handling are at LGA. 4 hours+ delays on and off the gate happened to me every so often at LGA when SHTF there.

Usually its a comedy of errors that snowball to make it miserable for all.
