I convert all mine to Avios - there have been 25% bonuses every 6 months or so for the past couple of years, so I've been converting them when one of those bonuses pops up.

(EDIT: And the Holiday Inn which I use once a month has a rate which costs £5 more for a 5000 point bonus - so they really rack up quickly!)
