You should still be able to use MMB if you key in the booking ref.
And if, for some reason, even that doesn't work, then go to
classic.checkmytrip.com and use your reference in there to check the status of your booking.
Clicking the "e-ticket receipt" tab (if there is one) will show you all the live coupons of any current e-ticket. You may want to check whether you have a coupon for every sector of the trip that you're booked to take. If so, then the chances are that the ticket has been properly issued.
