2/5/15 Called to cancel US Air MC, offered to waive annual fee and give 10k miles after $3k spend in the next 90 days, OR waive the annual fee and give +1 mile/$ on gas, grocery, and utility purchases in the next 90 days.

Took the 10k/$3k offer.

Edit: she also asked if I wanted to increase my credit limit. I made sure it wouldn't be a hard pull and she confirmed it wouldn't. She asked for my annual income and then offered +$4k in credit limit.
