Last year, I made over $10K PQD and over 100K PQM with the help of some Presidential Plus PQMs but told by United that was only good to Platinum. I am quite disappointed and will move on this year to other airlines. Just because I fly United, my whole family flies United. My total spend on United is much more.
I think I can do better with buying whatever cheaper tickets available including cheap business class tickets than buying W and waiting for upgrades to clear.
