Funny enough, I've found myself doing the opposite a few times already - booking AS marketed/operated flights on 006 stock through delta.com so that I can earn double DL RDM on the purchase using my AmEx, but then earn full distance-based AA miles on the AS flights. It works very well in situations where an attractive fare makes DL earning undesirable for the flight, but still allows some siphoning of DL miles on the transaction.
