Is this based on personal experience or some new rule? Or is this pure speculation? Because this does not match experiences posted in other threads recounting family members living in the same household being interviewed at the same time. That also does not match the experience of two travelers I know personally (husband and wife) who scheduled their interviews in consecutive time slots but were interviewed together by the same officer.
