I suspect that any room with a preferred view is a category above one that doesn't have one and the pricing seems to reflect this. For dates that I checked, a regular luxury double is 380 Euros and a lagoon view luxury double is 755 Euros. I can pretty much guarantee the lagoon view luxury room would be considered a different room type altogether and probably not used as an enhanced upgrade in this scenario.
