Avoiding -006 ticket stock
I cannot even book tickets within Europe or from Europe to Asia on wholly KLM flights without it ticketing on -006 stock. It seems that if you use any US agency or any US-based credit card, it tickets on -006, presumably to cheat any US-based traveler out of the mileage earned on partners.

That's really unfortunate and sneaky, in my opinion. Is it the same booking at klm.com?
