So you could drop about $10K for a F or J ticket, but giving them an extra $10-20 is so hard?
And its not like the drivers are paid that well, just like waiters, etc. Thats the point of tipping, to give them a little extra.
I even tip the guy who brings my car back to my house after it gets serviced! It just makes me happy when it puts a smile on their face and I know that they appreciate it. Especially since most of the people we tip aren't as fortunate as us, so I feel as if they deserve it for working hard.
Actually, if I am in F, most likely I will be on an O/Z class award for *A and OW respectively.
Besides, the majority of cash tickets (as in your example) are purchased by an employer/client, and tips are often not reimbursed by said parties.
