I saw the sushi, and thought I'd write this, slightly OT, but super valuable. There are many on here who either are allergic or lactose intolerant, so take note if you are. Imitation crab meat may contain dairy/lactose. It would explain a reaction I had ages ago, which honestly surprised me when I identified root cause. FWIW.
