I agree, actually Andaz Tokyo is my current favorite among all the Tokyo Hyatts. Admittedly, I do not like the standard rooms, but at the level of "large king" or higher the accommodation is very nice. Also, if staff and management get to know you as a regular service is excellent. I think even the baseline service experienced by first time guests is quite good. I'll take it over GHT or PHT these days.
