No other option my a$$. Just keep calling back until you get someone that is competent. Staples has a lot of really stupid reps working for them. Im sure GCM is not an exception to the rule of stupid people either. Eventually you will get someone that knows whats up and fix it for you. Charge back is always a last resort.
