If 81romeo has an onward connecting flight then they can get in to the apporproate lounge, with no connecting flight then you don't go in to airside departures so no lounge. The BA arrivals lounge is open until 2pm would be available though for a longhaul arrival in J or F, or a GCH in any class.

This is FT, though, and "plans can change". If the OP were to land at LHR with an F BP in his sweaty hands and have an uncontrollable urge to book another flight, check in, and head for Flight Connections and the CCR instead of the UK Border, who are we to say he shouldn't?
