I am flying to BOM tomorrow and online check in has just opened.

I had selected seat 11K months ago, and it still says in the MMB page that 11K is my allocated seat.

However, when I try to check in to get my BP, it is putting me in 10K and saying 11K is occupied on the seat map. There are a couple of other window seats like 13k and 15k still available.

Any explanation for this? I don't want to be in 10K due to missing window and 13 and 15k are over the wing/near Y+.

I called executive club and they said only airport could help, and that at the moment someone else was in 11K - not sure how that is possible because Online Checkin only opened 15mins ago and my MMB is still showing me as 11K.

Do I wait it out until airport tomorrow? Computer glitch?
