Make sure to contact the airline and have them look at your KTN fields. The name on the reservation has nothing to do with PreCheck. The name and DOB field in the KTN section is what triggers PreCheck.

Also just because it's in your DL FF profile the KTN fields don't auto-populate from the FF profile unless the ticket is bought directly from DL.
