Do you remember if the Tilamook individually wrapped cheeses were still there, or replaced with string cheese? My recollection of the UCs I visited in December (IAH, SFO) was that Tilamook was still going strong.
Tillamook is still the norm for me this year. In Boston (I think that is was where it was) right before Xmas they had some tubular string cheese. But I have not seen that since.
