Erin has been very responsive to me anytime I have reached out to her with a PM. I spend at least 175 nights a year at Hilton, been Diamond for over 13 years, and I didn't get the promo. I give Erin the benefit of the doubt when she says it's the first targeted offer.

I continue to be amazed about the way folks just complain as though it's your constitutional right to get maximum HHonors points. If you don't like it then go to Marriott or SPG or Hyatt.
