Was able to grab seats for my parents.

Dec 29th MLE - DXB: Coach is available at this time.
Jan 1st: DXB - SFO: First.

Took 4 tries. The first agent said NO, will not look.
The second agent flatly denied any existence of old booking system.
The third agent couldnt find seats at all.

Phew....
