Ordered VGC from Staples during $25 off when paid by AmEx last month. All estimated delivery dates are passed, called Staples, they said to call Gift Card Mall. Called GCM, they said they didn`t have anything to do with Staples. Called Staples, brushed me off to GCM. GCM number, which apparently deals with online orders (8774262551) is impossible to get through. No tracking either.

Staples chat is not capable to do anything.

Eventually got to speak to Staples supervisor, and she tried to call GCM but no avail. Se said she`d call back, and never did.

Is there a way to get the card?
