I think this $99 deal from IAH/DFW to Central America is the best I've ever seen to that region.

But, regarding the 'no bonus ff miles,' I'm wondering if something was lost in the translation... does that mean:

1. no miles at all - regardless of the program one might want to post the miles to? or 2. no elite bonus miles on top of regular miles?
