Which cruise line? That will change the parking situation, depending upon which cruise terminal you are using.

Flying in or driving in?

Cheapest parking is near airport, but then need to shuttle or public transport back. We have driven to terminal, dropped luggage and everyone off, then drive back to park and shuttle/taxi/metro back. Depends upon the group.

If sailing Holland or Princess, they have one parking area, I think it was $175 week last summer when we did it.
