Supposed to fly AY718 PRG-HEL 19:35-22:45, AY2229 HEL-TKU 23:45-00:20 on 21st of Nov. Incoming flight from HEL was delayed by over 2 hours and so our flight arrived to HEL about 00:30 so I missed my connection to TKU
Update:
I made a claim to Finnair and it took about 1 month for them to answer. According to them they are not entitled to any compensation as my flight being late was due to new "Ilmatilauudistus" (new airspace mapping for Finland) which was announced 2 weeks prior to my flight. So a single HEL-PRG flight was postponed ~2,5 hours because of airspace restrictions in Finland, does not add up. Filed a complaint to Consumer board in Finland, let's see their opinion in approx 12 months.
If they would have just blamed weather I would be ok with that, but this is pure evil and undermining the consumer.
