Perhaps a little off-topic...

Is it possible to obtain a PNR for use in checkmytrip if the agent will not/can not provide it? I'm thinking perhaps by using name/destination/flight details?

I've booked a package with an agent who are saying they don't get the PNR from the tour operator as "it is of no use to the passenger".
