A bit disappointed at some of the responses on this thread. Since when did so many become corporate bureaucratic sympathizers? Just because the employee did a legal act, it does not make it right or justified. If the employee truly misrepresented the charges then it is an unenforceable contract (in this case it would be nondisclosure - misrepresentation through silence).

So to all the posts that say too bad, you signed it and you deserve no recourse...I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you...

I have a personal stake in this matter since I am a recent medical graduate and am just now learning how incredibly inefficient and hazardous corporate culture can be. As a healthcare professional, most of the money eventually ends up in our pockets. If all doctors were to become as callous and hide behind "legal" gibberish as this employee did, this world would suffer dearly for it.
