I have just received an email from QR:

As the year unveils, we’d like you to enjoy more exclusive benefits and
privileges. We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to step up your
membership tier while you experience comfort and personalised service in
your private space on-board.

Book and fly at least 4 sectors* within our ever-expanding network in
Premium Class from 5th February until 31st March 2015 and be upgraded to
the next higher membership tier.


Although there is a link to the membership page, it does not show anything about how to upgrade. Can I assume the "step up" will apply automatically when I fly the four sectors? I am due to fly next week (LHR-DOH and return three days later).
