Credit certificates are fully transferrable. Anyone possessing the code + PIN is considered the rightful owner and allowed to redeem the certificate. There are no restrictions regarding the name of the travel arranger or passenger.

My wallet credit must be redeemed out of your alaskaair.com account but can be redeemed for any passenger.
