OP is exempt from PQD requirements, non- US address.

Hopefully his wife had some good reasons to fly in Jan. and they possibly looked for very cheap fares. Sounds like OP knows what he is doing for his needs and it is jumping to conclusions that OP is not attached into the program.
She earns 1K status in Jan 2015 good until Jan. 31,2017...two full years.
