If you're denied for Global Entry, can you still apply for TSA Pre?
Sorry if it sounds like a dumb question.

I was denied GE recently and wanted to still apply for TSA-Pre. I read through this document and none of the things which got me denied for GE are noted here:

Anyone have experience with this? I've emailed both GE and TSA-Pre to get an answer and can update if they reply.
