It seems to me that the length of time BA are taking to manually re-issue tickets after upgrades etc. needs attention.

I've been waiting a week for this to be re-issued following an upgrade. But as my flight's not until June I don't hold out much hope this will reach the front of the queue much before that time.

There's probably a good reason - but think that it should be pointed out when changing the booking (and that extra payment won't be taken straight away)
