Absolute worst thing about the FastTrack queue. I've never understood why they can't have a "flex" desk on the end that would alternate between Fast Track and the hoi polloi to keep things moving. A few months ago I got stuck in the Fast Track Queue for 40 minutes thanks to an issue with an 8 member family that clogged one of the desks the entire time I was in line. My soon to be 4 year old daughter stood in line repeatedly saying "I need to go pee pee" very loudly the entire time.

On a separate question, I just received my UK registered traveller card so I can now use the UK/EU lanes and ePassport gates. Can I still use Fast Track with my non-UK/EU passport? Would be useful when traveling with the family since they can't use the UK/EU lines with me.
