If you do a search for lowest fares on expedia you will get the booking class for each published fare. Unfortunately, when you try to book, it will not necessarily come up with that fare. What I usually do is to move over to Travelocity once I know the fare costs, then do another search on lowest fares. Their list doesn't show fare basis on the page, but you can get a good idea from the price. You can check the rules for the fare basis then select to see when those fares are available.
