I use IB to credit the occasional car hire as it provides a better earning rate than BA.

I just logged on to IB to move some Avios earned from a couple of car rentals to BA and I got this message:

You can only move Avios from British Airways to Iberia Plus - you cannot move your Avios back again.

Is this new? Be aware of this if you used to move Avios freely between programmes!
