Dubai connect is usually the Copthorne hotel next to Millennium Airport hotel unless its full. I have always found it decent 3 star accommodation. They provide free transfer to the hotel and the appropriate meals while you are there, so for example if you are there for dinner and breakfast this will be included. As for cot I am not sure.
