Indeed, CX is currently experiencing a server hardware issue, which is affecting the [Awards/CX-OneWorld] Engine.

CX Award Availability continues to be accessible via the [Awards/JL-OneWorld], [Awards/BA-OneWorld], and [Awards/OneWorld] Methods in the KVS Tool.
