Well, a Japanese guy comes and sits two rows behind us. Then he went and and grabbed some rice crackers.

Boy I wanted to check if it was Michael Winslow sitting somewhere nearby, because honestly, I can't made THAT loud eating sounds even if I try to do it on purpose.

We had to move and and I swear, I could hear him from the distance of 10m. So we moved a little bit farther.

I've been in Japan number of times and do know that there are things which are acceptable in Japanese culture, when in a Western society one would be shown towards door (and obviously other way around).

I do hope that he is not going to be on the same flight...
I have no problem at all asking the person to tone it done. I always ask politely. The first time.
