Can you expand a little more on what you mean? After literally years of reading Every. Single. Post. in the current AA cards thread & its predecessor, my sense is that the thread really is about application procedures, to wit:
- the 8/65-day rule
- peculiar clock-resetting interactions between certain cards (such as Exec & the personal Plat cards)
For nearly 1.5 years we've been in the Citi equivalent of the Friend Zone, with offers never exceeding 50K. When new offers appear, they go into the wiki without much fuss except when the T&C add (or seem to add) a new procedural twist to the dizzying timing rules.
While I agree completely with everything else in your post, I admit to being a bit stumped as to how the current Citi AA thread could be cleanly split into two. I like to think I'm open to change (both on FT and IRL

), but I'm just not seeing how it would work in practice here.
