So upgrade to the next avail room. My interpretation is you should get upgraded to cat C, coz it is said next available room type.

Not sure if this is the "correct" intended text, as many times, i found the English text is rather confusing, as it seems direct translation from French
The French version doesn't even talk about a next available type (except for MGallery where only Plat could have upgrade).
Just "Room upgrade upon arrival, subject to availability
