United MPE Card. Fee hit Feb 1. Called twice back in Jan...no offer. Called today, CSR offered 2 club passes (declined). Interestingly he mentioned that offers are preloaded into your account on whether you get something or not and there was nothing loaded in my account. Mentioned the loading happens above him and he wasn't sure what the criteria was for an offer being put into someone's account. Also mentioned that I could call within 180 days of AF and I could get a full refund. Keeping the card open for now and will keep calling back.
