As far as I can tell, SK does not fly to Canada at all, only the U.S., hence why you won't find any direct flights to FRA from YYC (your only options there are AC and LH).

Your best bet is probably flights to CPH or ARN from ORD but SK also fly out of New York (EWR I believe), IAD and (if you can find availability) SFO. Of course, then you'll also have to look for flights from YYC to either of those departure points.

I'm not certain but in the past SK opened their reward seats 330 days or so in advance. That might have changed though.

End result I guess is that there doesn't appear to be a direct route to Scandinavia from YYC with mainline airlines (except perhaps a seasonal service, probably in the summer). though).
