Hi, what do you actually mean by this?

I am arguing with BA at the moment because they pretend to fix my Rimowa which however can't be fixed due to aluminum having been quite massively dented. Furthermore, a hinge was broken as well, it's all documented.

Now they are saying K2 needs to collect the broken one and then go from there, they also suggested only half shell to be replaced (can you imagine a car with a brand new shiny chrome door and the remaining ones dark?!?!).

However as I do travel (BA) every week and the first time I'll be in London to arrange collection will be in 7 weeks time I just bought a new one (+650£): now BA doesn't want to reimburse this, not even a part of it.

I am really annoyed and fed up by all these enhancements.
