3. Will my EC Garment sleeve fit? I guess the because the bag is 22x14x9" and the EC Garment sleeve is 21x13x2" it would fit in 2 out of the 3 compartments.
4. I also often use a EC Cube 14x10x4" together with a EC Small Garment Folder 14x9". Judging from the dimensions I should be able to accommodate both at least in the big compartment.
Whats missing for me (beside the above mentioned zipper between the 2 compartments)
are
1. some inside O-Rings (like Tom Bihn TB Tristar has) and outside webbing loops (like TB smart alec)... i guess some webbing loops on the inside would do it too.
2. a water bottle pocket (again like TB Tristar) ... maybe it is also possible to attach a water bottle somehow to the outside compression straps

For the about 30€ it cost me it is great but it has only one huge compartment inside and one outside.
And that is not ideal for me because i always need to open it completely and then dig in the huge compartment only to get the laptop out

As Matrick replied earlier, I also had contacts with Salim for all three bags that I bought over the years, the best is to write an email an he usually replies in max 1-2 days.
I always paid with credit card, no problem.
They ship with USPS to the address you provide, and customs really depend on the single case. One bag was held in customs, one went through, while I had the EO shipped to Houston, TX because I was having meetings there, so no customs at all of course.
customization: I have never requested anything like internal zippers and so on, I think they could do this as they manufacture them to order, so theoretically they could, not sure about the price/time increase, but again I think Salim will be able to answer and clarify.
I am not familiar with the garment sleeve but I used an EC garment folder, size medium, fits perfectly in both the larger and center compartment.
Cubes fit in the larger and center.
My final recommendation is: don't get hung on this vintage ordering process, they are a reputable company and from my experience they deliver what they say.
