Oh man. Lost GS to 1K yesterday. Which of course was the day my family's flight was cancelled from DEN-CMH...

Took me two hours on the 1K line to get it sorted with different agents (I somehow spoke to the same agent twice on two different calls). The agent just repeatedly said, there are no flights from DEN to CMH.
Me: Well, okay, are there any flights from any city to CMH?
Agent: No.
Me: Okay...well I see flight from Dulles.
Agent: I see those. But nothing from Denver.
Me: But if we can get from Dulles...then we just need to figure out how to get them from Denver to Dulles...
Agent: But there are no flights from Denver to Columbus.
Me:....

It was infuriating. A call with GS would have been vastly different. And of course the agent put them into coach instead of first which they had originally paid for, which required two more calls to fix. That $15K in 3 months offer is starting to look a lot better.
