What if you as valued Flying Blue Elite member could help improve the quality of service by AIR FRANCE and KLM? In association with TNS, an independent research consultancy, they have designed "Quality Observer", an innovative program for observing and, where needed, improving the AIR FRANCE and KLM service on a worldwide level.

We hereby invite you to join this program. If you accept and complete registration before 8 February 2015 you can be a Quality Observer for your flight AF1405 from Rome, Fiumicino (FCO) to Paris, Charles de Gaulle (CDG) on 13 February 2015.

Your participation would be very much appreciated!

What does it mean to be a Quality Observer?

Based on your bookings you can be invited by TNS on behalf of AIR FRANCE and KLM to measure and report the quality of service delivered to you during your journey by using objective questions. As Quality Observer you will be asked to record your experiences with your mobile phone using the Quality Observer mobile App during the different stages of your journey, each stage should take less than 5 minutes to complete.

If you join the program you may be invited several times a year to be quality Observer on one of your flights booked. You can of course decide per invitation if you will participate as Quality Observer. Each time you participate you will be awarded a 20% discount on a selection of articles in the online AIR FRANCE or KLM shop or 500 Flying Blue Award Miles.

Quality Observers will have access to the Quality Observer website with more information about the program and the possibility to share your experiences with other members. You will need a smartphone with Android or iOS to run the required app.
