Your contract is with BA so they should be the ones that resolve any issues you are having with their sub contractors.

They wouldn't tell you to contact the catering company if you had an issue with the meal on board or Baxter Storey for a problem in the T5 lounge or the contractor for check-in staff they use at some airports.
